Provisional providers: OpenAI Vision (ADR 0008) and ElevenLabs SFX (ADR 0009). LIVE calls stay off by default. Studio shows Mock vs Live badges when provenance is known.
Review candidates before export. Commercial-use claims wait on D-006 and provider terms.
